What is the PromoApp and how does it work?

The PromoApp is a digital solution for lead capture at the Point of Interest (POI). It enables the capture of trial reader and subscriber data via Android tablets with legally secure digital signature.

Does the app also work without internet connection?

Yes, the PromoApp can be used completely offline. The captured data is stored locally and automatically synchronized at the next WLAN connection.

How secure is the captured data?

All data is transmitted encrypted and stored GDPR-compliant. The digital signature ensures legal security and the data can be deleted in compliance with data protection at any time.

Can the app be adapted to our corporate design?

Yes, the capture form can be easily adapted to your publisher CI. Opt-in texts, SEPA mandates and withdrawal instructions can also be designed individually.

What export options are available for the data?

The captured data can be exported as Excel or PDF file. Additionally, a configurable FTP interface is available for automatic data transfer.
